well just a small piece
never ever demand or pray for something that you are deprived off...chances are
1)you will never get it OR
2)when u finally get it you won't like it much
it seems cruel when we don't get what we really really badly want.what's worse is we know it is not something wrong that we desire. sometimes it might not even qualify to be called as desire but it is just on the list because we don't have it and we want/need it....well you can't really call urge for water on a really hot day a desire
so when you don't get what you want what would you do
* throw a tantrum
* cry about it
* learn to accept it
*devise ways to get it
*fight for it
and
* finally get used to not having it
Most of the times either you quickly get what you desire or you are taught to be patient
and patient is a funny thing because heart doesn't understand patience
how long can a one be patient ?????
what is its threshold????
what is the point of getting water after the thirst has died out????
maybe the only way of being patient is to have faith and when we have faith nothing seems too hard and it is just a matter of time until the greener pasture come calling :) :) :)
cheers to love,live and joy!!!!!!!!
his one is so simple yet so helpful..:) :)
ReplyDeletei donno why u corelate desire with thirst...in short whats the difference b/w a need and a want?
