why why and why???????

well my question is a very valid one....okie i agree that i am not an expert cook ...but still i have some little credentials (well i got trained under the world's best cook who simply can cook up any dish with such accuracy)
right in the first place why didn't i get those amazing cooking talent genes(?????)
and why did they got passed on to my bro(who doesn't need them) why and why???
well as they say where there is lack of extra ordinary talent practice helps a lot(totally 100% agree on that)
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
well actually all this out burst is because my mind keeps coming up with weird logic to cook up some experimental dish
and most of the times it is an utter disaster (disaster !!!!!!!!!)
i remember one day when i had let loose my imagination and god what a disaster it was (couldn't even eat a single spoon of that)
and today's dish was perfect on paper and was sounding so so good ....
it didn't turn out upto the mark :( :( :(
it wasn't such a bad disaster it just looked pathetic BUT IT TASTED GOOD :) :)
SO ALL IN all it was an ok ok dish
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
On second thoughts i do manage normal cooking well and i am best at aping my mom's dishes(though it never is as good as her's)
and there have been eureka moments too
when i did an awesome job with the capsicum bhaji
when after having continuous bad dishes spree i did an amzing job with a kher(sweet dish)and awesome bhaji (testimony to this is a friend who ate it and is still alive :) :D )
And when i baked a chocolate cake for the first time in my life (though turned out like tat only the first time...and always a ok ok thing )
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
so maybe the conclusion is i am decent cook
everybody who ate are hale and healthy...
and besides i still have this knack of trying out
so let me just play safe and stick to normal dishes (until i again get that crazy urge to create the wonderful dish (spelled disaster) )
